Mr Chen Chen joined Software Center of China
Post/Telecom Bureau as assistant engineer from
1999 to 2000, and move the Datacom Bureau from
2000 to April, 2002. From May, 2002, he joined
China Telecom Ltd., held the position as
engineer, senior project manager. Now he is the
senior project manager of Home User BU, China
Telecom Ltd.
